CLICK.SYSTEMS respects user privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of account-related and operational data associated with the platform.

Requesting Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data by contacting:

Your name
Your account email address
Your business/workspace name (if applicable)
A brief description of the deletion request

What Data May Be Deleted

Subject to legal, operational, and security requirements, we may delete:

User account information
Workspace information
Uploaded media and files
Connected integration data
OAuth connection tokens
Publishing drafts
AI-generated drafts
Operational content
Stored platform preferences

Third-Party Integrations

If you have connected third-party services such as:

Facebook
Instagram
Google Business Profile
WordPress
WooCommerce
Other future integrations

You may also disconnect those services directly from their respective platforms.

Deleting your CLICK.SYSTEMS account does not automatically delete your accounts with third-party providers.

Retained Information

Certain information may be retained where necessary for:

Legal obligations
Security investigations
Fraud prevention
Operational audit records
Financial or billing requirements
System integrity and rollback protection

Retained information is limited to what is reasonably required.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within:

30 business days

Some requests may require identity verification before processing.

OAuth & Integration Token Removal

When applicable, CLICK.SYSTEMS will:

Revoke or remove stored OAuth tokens
Remove integration credentials
Disconnect authorized platform access
Remove stored platform connection metadata
